Kara Walker’s latest project “A Subtlety, or the Marvelous Sugar Baby” (2014) at the soon to be demolished Domino Sugar Factory in Brooklyn is a gigantic work that uses the history of the sugar trade and translates it into a installation of disturbing beauty.
